Greenville Seaplane Fly In 2017 – In Pictures
Several awesome pictures have reached us from the Greenville Annual International Seaplane Fly In, which took place from September 7th to the 10th, 2017. Thanks to the help of Jodie Dupuy of the Seaplane Fly In team, Mellissa Herrick Photography, as well Wipaire, Inc. and PK Floats we can show some awesome pictures to those not completely engulfed by Facebook. Turnout was very high, despite funky weather and looming storms in the vicinity. The Greenville Seaplane Fly In is considered the Mecca for everyone with a passion for floats, no event gets close to it. Enjoy the shots and don’t forget to block the month of September in 2018 for the 45th event, which we plan to attend with a booth and for own coverage. Our special thanks to Jodie, for putting us into the annual guide book at the last minute.
The International Seaplane Fly-In Association is a non-profit organization whose main focus is to provide aviation education (and a whole lot of fun!) to participants and spectators alike. They provide a scholarship each year to a deserving high school student who plans to further his/her education in some field related to aviation. The International Seaplane Fly-In brings thousands of participants and spectators to the Moosehead Region on the week-end after Labor Day. The costs associated with putting on the Fly-In have increased each year. Please consider helping to continue to fund this great tradition by placing your ad in the “Annual Guide“.
