Senior Management Changes At CubCrafters

CubCrafters has announced a change in senior leadership as it continues to advance the company’s plan for long-term growth. Patrick Horgan, CubCrafters’ executive in charge of operations and product development, has been named President. Horgan replaces Randy Lervold who is pursuing other career options within General Aviation.

Horgan brings 30 years of aviation experience to this appointment, serving previously as WACO Classic Aircraft Company’s General Manager. “I am grateful to be a part of such a wonderful organization of incredibly talented people,” says Horgan.

Along with Horgan’s appointment, Brad Damm has been promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Damm joined the CubCrafters sales team in 2013 and was promoted to Director of Sales in 2015. Under his direction, CubCrafters has seen record sales across all product lines. Despite its two-year order backlog, the company still seems to see a lot of opportunity for growth.

CubCrafters’ previous President, Randy Lervold, began serving as General Manager in 2009, becoming president in 2015. CubCrafters has become a significant player in the industry,” he said, adding that he enjoyed working for the Yakima manufacturer.
