I scoff in response, my frustration evident. “Euphoria? The strongest orgasm? A drug high? I can’t have her that f*****g attached to me. She’s alive, and that’s all I’m willing to give.”

Dr. Murray snaps out of her daze, her eyes burning with anger. “Alpha, what you did was cruel. You marked her without her consent, and then you just cut it off? Do you have any idea how much pain she must be in? You didn’t even tend to the mark to help numb it! How could you let her suffer like this?”

Fury courses through my veins as I growl in response. “She’s a damn wolf, let her lick her own wounds!” I roar, my words echoing through the room. But instead of fear, all I see in their eyes is disappointment. It cuts through me like a knife, making me question my actions.

I take a moment to collect myself, trying to rein in my anger. I realize the weight of my actions, the pain I’ve caused. Guilt washes over me, and I find myself at a loss for words. I never wanted to hurt her. I never wanted any of this.

Dr. Murray’s voice softens, but her disappointment is still evident. “Alpha, we are here to support and protect our pack. We should never cause harm intentionally. I understand that emotions can be overwhelming, but we must find a way to deal with them without causing pain to others.”

Her words sink in, and I feel a heavy burden on my shoulders. I had let my anger control me, and in doing so, I had hurt someone I cared about. It was a mistake I couldn’t take back, but it was a lesson I would have to learn from.

With a heavy heart, I look at the three individuals before me, their eyes filled with understanding and forgiveness. I vow to make amends, to protect and care for my pack, and to never let my anger blind me again.

In the depths of my soul, I hope for their forgiveness, knowing that the road to redemption will not be easy. But I am determined to change, to become the Alpha they deserve. And with their support, I know I can find my way back to the path of righteousness.
